day 9
A rather too fat Cardinal... this challenge allows no pencil predrawing, so once you start a line... you must commit. Unless you have Da Vinci's fabulous sketch technique, which I love to copy in pencil... drawing light lines first until you are happy with placement then you make it bolder and continue. I will have to read up on his sketches and see whether they were done in ink or something else. For these daily exercises, ink is required.
